This session will focus upon the democratisation of safety and risk that has occurred as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, where there has been a shift from safety being the responsibility of one to now being increasingly viewed as a shared responsibility of the entire workforce. The session will explore how technology supports this goal to adapt to the changing responsibility providing real life examples of what has worked and doesn’t work.
